Automatic Hard Case Making Machine

The ST036B builds hard cases and rigid boxes automatically — phone boxes, gift cases and premium packaging — from board 1–5 mm thick. Case sizes run from 150×110 mm up to 680×400 mm at 600–1,800 cases an hour, which puts it in mid- to high-volume plants replacing semi-automatic rigid box lines. Typical users are gift, electronics and cosmetics packaging converters. At 4.5 tonnes and a 3.6 × 3.6 m footprint it fits a standard rigid box bay, feeding finished cases straight to lid-and-base assembly or packing. The machine wraps, forms and ejects finished cases automatically, so a single operator keeps pace with the 600–1,800 case hourly range. Board thickness from 1–5 mm covers everything from shallow gift cases to deep hard cases on one setup.
