High Speed Collapsible Box Wing Making Machine

Makes the side wings of collapsible rigid boxes — the folding panels that let premium boxes collapse flat for storage and retail refill. Side wings run from 200×50 mm to 800×160 mm at ±0.25 mm accuracy, on covers of 70–200 gsm. Premium packaging converters producing fold-flat gift, apparel and luxury boxes fit this machine. Consistent wing accuracy at ±0.25 mm keeps the finished box square when it folds flat, which is what separates a premium collapsible box from one that gaps at the seams. Cover thickness from 70–200 gsm covers paper-over-board wraps through to lighter laminated covers, within one machine setup. Wing thickness up to 3 mm covers greyboard wings as well as lighter folding stock.
