Applications
Closes corrugated boxes with wire stitches instead of glue: single, double or multiple staples at a 30–120 mm adjustable pitch, fed by vacuum suction with PLC control. Size changes take under a minute, and 3/5-ply boxes are standard with 7-ply as an option. Output reaches 500–800 staples a minute depending on model. Vacuum suction on the front belt holds blanks square while the PLC controls feeding, so stitch placement stays consistent across the bundle without operator correction. Stitched boxes stay the right choice for produce, export cartons and wet-strength work where glue can let go, so many plants keep a stitcher beside the gluer.
